Our Pipeline
From one validated hub to a national network
Four real hub projects, each applying the model proven at Ele-Uma to a different crop, geography, and stage of development.

Oil Palm Processing Hub
The first replication of the validated Ele-Uma model. This hub shares the characteristics that made Ele-Uma commercially viable: concentrated smallholder production, active processors, and steady downstream offtake demand.

Cassava Processing Hub
A cassava processing hub designed around Ondo State's concentrated smallholder cassava production, applying the same hub-based aggregation and solar-anchored energy model validated at Ele-Uma.

Biogas and Bioenergy Plant
A biogas and bioenergy facility extending the AgAssetCo model beyond crop processing into organic waste-to-energy infrastructure, structured under the same asset-ownership and energy-as-a-service logic.

Grain Milling Hub
A grain milling hub in Jigawa State, one of the nine states covered by AgAssetCo's Productive Use Assessment programme, bringing shared milling capacity to a region of concentrated grain production.
The assessment programme
This pipeline rests on structured field assessment
Between 2025 and 2026, AgAssetCo conducted structured Productive Use Assessments (PUAs) across 57 communities in 9 states (Jigawa, Ondo, Ogun, Rivers, Oyo, Kaduna, Kano, Kogi, and Cross River), covering 13 crop types, profiling 70+ agro-processors, and mapping over 6,000 smallholder farmers. The assessments identified more than ₦1 billion in productive assets across these communities, forming the pipeline behind every project above.
